'It was there and this is what life was
at the moment that I saw it'
Henri Cartier Bresson (1955)

A YEAR IN THE LIFE OF FAVERSHAM is a community photographic project featuring a year in the life of the picturesque town of Faversham (Kent).
The idea behind it is to present 365 photographs of Faversham, one per day, taken over a year.

The project shows the Faversham of today portrayed by photographers. Each photo shows a moment in time in the life of the town showing different views, styles and feelings. Photographs feature places and people of Faversham, as seen by its people and visitors. Portraits of Faversham personalities who agreed to be photographed for the project include Sir Bob Geldof, Jonathan Neame (Executive of Shepherd Neame) and Ted Wilcox (2008-2010 Mayor of Faversham).
